Shipping Policy
We ship exclusively to the United States, including US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands), P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO military addresses.
Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it is submitted to our fulfillment partner for processing. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the product's origin:
- US-based products: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Overseas products (labeled "Ship From Overseas" in product listings): 5–10 business days after dispatch
These are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier conditions, weather, or customs processing outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated by order weight at checkout. Rates start from $3.99 for lightweight orders.
Tracking
All orders ship with tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 2–3 business days for tracking activity to appear after you receive the notification.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited and overnight shipping are not available at this time.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at shop@marigold-and-sage.com. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and keep you updated. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control, but we will do our best to help resolve any issues.
