Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how our return process works.


Return Window

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date (the window starts the day tracking shows "Delivered"). Items must be shipped back within 7 days of your return request being submitted.

Item Condition

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Original tags still attached
  • In original clear garment packaging with SKU label intact

We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Final Sale — Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Swimwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Intimates & Lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Beauty products
  • Face masks

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged/defective item on our end.

Shipping and handling charges from the original order are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or the return may be declined entirely.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
