Frequently Asked Questions
Where do you ship to?
We ship exclusively to the United States, including US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands), P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO military addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on the product's origin:
- US-based products: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Overseas products (marked "Ship From Overseas" in the listing): 5–10 business days after dispatch
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a tracking email once dispatched.
Is expedited shipping available?
No — expedited or overnight shipping is not available at this time. All orders ship via standard shipping only.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 2–3 business days after receiving the notification for tracking activity to appear.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. The 7-day window begins the day your tracking shows "Delivered." Items must be returned within 7 days of submitting your return request.
To qualify, items must be unworn, tags attached, and in original packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
The following are final sale and non-returnable: Swimwear, Bodysuits, Intimates & Lingerie, Jewelry, Beauty products, Face masks.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged/defective item on our end. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
What sizes do you carry?
Sizing varies by brand and style — we carry a wide range from S through 4XL depending on the item. Each product listing includes sizing information. We strongly recommend checking measurements before ordering, as sizes are not standardised across all products.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve it as quickly as possible. Reach us via the Contact page or at shop@marigold-and-sage.com.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment partner, cancellation may no longer be possible. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

We occasionally run promotions and offer newsletter-exclusive deals. Subscribe to our email list to be the first to know.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We do not store your card details.
